Customers returning products will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns can be shipped to 795 Lakeview Drive, Stansbury Park, UT 84074. Once the product is received a refund will be issued back to the customer through the original mode of purchase such as a credit card. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

No, the book can be used without accessing the online tutorials. The online tutorials are just an option for additional help understand how to play each exercise in the book. You can find the online tutorial access here

Generally we will have a product shipped by the next business day after an order has been placed. In attempts to keep our prices low for our customers we generally ship "ground" which takes 1-5 business days depending on the customers location within the United States. Overall, from when you order to when you receive your product can take anywhere from 2-7 business days on average. There is no guarantee of delivery days and processing and shipping in rare circumstances could take longer.
